Nia’s passion for helping people started with being a youth-leader in her church on the West side of Chicago. That branched into assisting in the special education department in her high school and eventually working with the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club. In all of her experiences she’s been able to directly connect with people and assist them in some way. That is what drives her and her commitment to the work of One On One.
