How we work with Businesses

We partner with businesses who share our vision to affirm each individual and who are willing to invest in this work in collaboration with us. We welcome the opportunity to supply an alternative candidate pool for our business partners who are looking for alternative avenues through which to recruit candidates. Our process is informed by the employers hiring needs and we work to ensure we supply skilled, qualified candidates who match the role description and expectation of the employer. Depending on the capacity of the employer, we are able to offer a full suite of services including interview scheduling, end to end communication management throughout the hiring and on-boarding process, alternative temporary staff placement when needed, and post-placement support of the employee and manager.

How we work with Universities

We benefit from the academic research approach of our university partners. Beyond the leverage of academic insight, Universities act as anchor institutions who are able to provide job opportunities, alternative meeting space, outside support and development of our team, and volunteer and staff recruitment.

How we work with Community Organizations

We believe that an economically vibrant community requires organizations and stakeholders working together collaboratively. We recognize that we cannot do our work alone; we rely on our partnerships to provide additional support and accountability for our clients and to open to opportunities. We specifically seek relationships with community and faith-based organizations and churches who, when we work together, are able to provide an additional layer of support and accountability to our clients. Partner organizations assist in recruitment and referrals, supply volunteers and meeting space as necessary, and commit to supporting clients for the long term. With a network of over 45 current partnerships, we are actively looking to grow our relationships with additional organizations and churches.
