WE WORK ONE ON ONE WITH PEOPLE TO FIND JOBS AND TO SECURE THE RESOURCES NEEDED TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO KEEP AND GROW IN THEIR JOBS. WE BELIEVE THAT THE CRITICAL FACTOR TO BEING A VALUABLE EMPLOYEE IS THE DEMONSTRATION OF CRITICAL SOFT SKILLS. OUR UNIQUE APPROACH COMBINES ONE ON ONE COACHING WITH INSTRUCTION ON SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT. WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT INTEGRATING BEST PRACTICE LEARNINGS FROM THE GLOBAL ECONOMY TO EQUIP OUR CLIENTS TO BE THE BEST EMPLOYEES FOR TODAY’S BUSINESSES.

Development and Training

Our training is a combination of one on one coaching and classroom style instruction.

During the one on ones, clients set goals, prepare for interviews, complete applications, identify and pursue needed supportive resources, and work on overcoming soft skill barriers that may be demonstrated during the classroom sessions. Our support of clients does not end once they have a job, but rather, critical retention support extends to nine months’ post placement and we encourage clients to work with us to pursue career advancement as makes sense. 

In addition to one on one support and coaching, clients receive soft skill training that equips them to de-escalate conflict, clearly communicate and execute informed decisions, and to think creatively. Utilizing our proprietary curriculum, our training is designed to be adaptable to place, context, and age group.

Partnership and Placement

We envision a community in which individuals, workplaces, and communities are transformed into economically vibrant ecosystems. In order to be effective in our work, we prioritize partnerships with businesses and community based organizations who share our mission to affirm the dignity and self-reliance of our clients. Once a client has completed the training and required one on ones, we will refer the client to our employment partners for an interview. We guarantee that every client will receive at least one interview and often, we exceed our guarantee.

Support and Build

With ongoing support post-placement, we work to increase the amount of time that a client stays in their job. For many, the most critical part of the new job is the work that is done after they are hired. For clients who may be returning to the workforce after a significant absence, making a significant career change, or working for the first time, the first six months are critical. We provide bi-weekly follow up support for the first three months and then monthly check-ins through to 9 months post-placement. It is our goal that clients are matched with jobs for which they have a passion or interest. We look to build careers not just job opportunities. For many this means that after 12 months of consistent work, we begin to work on career goals and next steps.
