Rebekah Kikama

As a co-founder of Hope Works Community Development, now One On One, Rebekah has spearheaded the growth of the organization from serving 75 individuals annually to over 500. Rebekah is armed with start-up experience and the entrepreneurial skill that enables her to see problems and craft innovative and effective solutions to overcome them. Rebekah previously developed and launched asset development programming designed to increase financial stability and long-term asset acquisition for recently arrived refugees in the Chicagoland area. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Rebekah presents at talks and conferences, works on a number of collaborative projects, is active on three boards. Rebekah holds a BA in International Relations from Wheaton College and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management through Loyola University Chicago’s Baumhart Scholars Program at the Quinlan School of Business.
