Employment Coach

Position

Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Employment Coach will assist in administering One On One’s Employment Program by providing one-on-one employment coaching and case management services with the goal of helping participants find, prepare for, and retain long-term employment. In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must be justice-driven, passionate about the workforce development sector, willing to learn from others, and enthusiastic about working directly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Employment Coordinator

Position

Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Employment Coordinator will assist in administering One On One’s Employment Program by providing one-on-one employment coaching and case management services with the goal of helping participants find, prepare for, and retain long-term employment. In addition to providing direct one-on-one services, the Coordinator will support the Director of Programs with data tracking, monitoring, and reporting requirements. The Coordinator will lead the screening and enrollment processes for new participants joining programs. The Coordinator will also support engagement with local employers and community stakeholders to expand job placement pipelines and to maintain up-to-date resources.

Finance & Operations Coordinator

Position

The Finance and Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative, bookkeeping, and operational support to ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of One On One’s internal systems. Working closely with the Executive Director and external accountant, the Coordinator processes accounts payable and receivable, maintains financial and grant tracking records, supports payroll administration, prepares documentation for reporting and audits, and coordinates office operations and general administrative needs. The Coordinator focuses on accurate recordkeeping, timely processing, and strong customer service to staff, partners, and participants, helping the organization maintain efficient operations in support of its mission.
