Prior to One On One, Roxanna has multiple years experience in childcare and English education. While in those roles, she found that she was most passionate about helping families and the community. As an Employment Coach for One On One, Roxanna assists individuals in accomplishing their goals to achieve employment. She enjoys caring for her plants and finding a new puzzle to work on.
